Nadia is the former Head of Mutuality & Social Impact, and Purpose Lead, at Royal London Group, UK & Ireland’s largest financial services mutual.

She led on the Group Just Transition Approach and oversaw both the development of the Group's Social Innovation focus, working with social enterprises to develop solutions for societal and environmental programmes, and the development of financial resilience measures for our customers. 

Nadia has 12 years + expertise in leading and embedding purpose-driven, transformative strategies across complex, consumer-focused financial services and law firms, including FCA, RBS, Lloyd’s of London and Clifford Chance. She is a Board member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (ICRS), the professional body, a trustee for Groundwork, a leading national environment charity, a Royal Society of Arts Fellow for commitment to positive social change, and a writer.
