Jonathan has been working in financial services for over 20 years, with experience across business disciplines and financial sectors including Wealth, Investment Platforms, Pensions & Retirement and Banking. He combines knowledge across strategy, operating models, technology and customer experience with innovation, disruption, and a multi-discipline academic background to solve client problem statements. Jonathan is the lead consultant at Altus Consulting on Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customers and has spent the last six years engaging with the regulator, publishing thought leadership, and supporting client preparedness to comply with the regulations.
