Emily Pollock is a Solutions Director Schroders Capital at Schroders, fundraising for Schroders Capital’s Solutions, working with local distribution teams in partnership with the private equity, real estate, infrastructure, securitized credit and impact investment teams to design bespoke mandate solutions for large institutional clients and build customized multi-private asset funds. She joined Schroders in 2018 and is based in London.

Emily was a Vice President at 50 South Capital from 2009 to 2017, Managed the European private equity portfolio for 50 South Capital. Sat on an investment team reviewing global opportunities across private equity, private credit, venture and infrastructure funds, and also involved with all aspects of fundraising.

She was an Associate at Adveq Management from 2008 to 2009, Investing in private equity primaries and secondaries with a focus on complex value lower-middle market buyout, turnaround equity, and distressed debt investment managers in the US.

She was an investment analyst at Norther Trust from 2005 to 2008, Emily started her career in 2005 at Northern Trust, in Chicago, where she sourced, led and monitored buyout, growth and venture capital primary, secondary and co-investments in the US and Western Europe.

Qualifications: BA in History with a minor in Legal Studies from Trinity College, in Hartford, CT.
