Stephanie joined the AFM as Head of Policy in January 2025. In her role, she works to develop and execute the strategy and objectives of the organisation through engagement with members, regulators, and other important stakeholders.

Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a senior policy associate in corporate governance and stewardship at the Financial Reporting Council. Here she developed expertise in financial regulatory affairs and policy development.
