Contact State is integrating new classes of data into underwriting, helping insurers streamline question sets and designing innovative products that are easier for customers to understand and buy.

Before Contact State, Alain co-founded E-Finity (operator of the brands Tom and Polly, later renamed Clark UK), a direct-to-consumer insurance marketing business that scaled rapidly before private equity acquisition in 2018.
