Fahad Sayood is UK Insurance Partner at Marsh specialising in capital, risk, investments and digital analytics for insurance organisations. He brings 20 years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions and governance frameworks that enable boards to make better strategic decisions.

At Aviva, Fahad designed the Risk Appetite Framework, ALM Strategies and Stress & Scenario Testing programme—foundational governance infrastructure used across the organisation. He established Aviva's Global Hedging Team and developed advanced analytics platforms serving global investment leadership. As COO of Aviva Capital Partners, he built long-term institutional partnerships deploying £500mn capital to generate £1bn+ in annual assets, establishing the business as a competitive player in complex annuity assets market.

Fahad holds an MSc (Distinction) in Actuarial Finance and a 1st Class BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College London.
