Tom Woolgrove is the Chief Executive Officer of Benenden Health, the UK’s leading not-for-profit provider of affordable private healthcare. Appointed in October 2024, Tom brings over three decades of leadership experience in the financial services sector. His previous roles include CEO of Premium Credit, Chief Transformation Officer at the Bank of Ireland UK, and Managing Director of UK Personal Lines at Direct Line Group. He has also served as President of the Chartered Insurance Institute and as a Board Member of the Finance and Leasing Association.
