I have worked in the Financial Sector for over 25 years with the last 9 being in the mutual sector. I have a background in Operational, Change, Risk and Compliance leadership.

In 2023 I graduated with a master’s in strategic leadership from Loughborough University as part of the AFM venture with their School of Business and Economics.

I am Director of Risk & Compliance at BHSF and keep myself busy outside of work with my 5 grown up children, 2 grandchildren and a 3-year-old cocker spaniel I also enjoy being part of a local amateur dramatics group.
