Please note, the exhibition stand rate includes two places at the conference for your stand personnel. You will need to register your two stand personnel - please do so by clicking on Register Here and tick Exhibitor Registration, then add your accommodation and gala dinner if required.

Exhibition Stand: 
Includes: Stand floor space (approx. 2x3m), table and two chairs, two exhibitor stand personnel daytime catering packages (including lunch and refreshments on both days).

The fee does not include accommodation or the Gala Dinner - these can be booked separately

Includes: tea and coffee/refreshments and lunch.

For personnel additional to the two included in the stand price (rate per person per day)

Ticket includes: attendance at the drinks reception and gala dinner on Monday evening 10 October, including evening entertainment

Accommodation -  per room, per night
Accommodation at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park hotel, including breakfast based on single occupancy. Please enquire about the double occupancy supplement if required.
