Jon has over 30 years’ experience in Life and Pensions, designing and implementing business and technology solutions for the UK’s largest life companies, investment platforms and wealth management firms in the face of the many challenges posed by regular legislative change.

Since joining Altus in 2010, Jon has been helping clients on strategic change programmes, working with them to analyse business costs, improve operational efficiency and shape new propositions. His recent work includes advising on operating models, customer journey transformation and opportunities for firms to launch into new markets.
