Andrew is managing director and founder of Parliament Hill Ltd, the benefit management specialists.

He has been at the heart of Parliament Hill’s journey to becoming the leading experts in the deployment of benefits to support recruitment, retention and engagement in the membership sector. Over the last 17 years Andrew has overseen Parliament Hill’s expansion to approaching 100 clients, with over 4.5 million members. His approach in business is to follow the well-known ‘do unto others’ mantra.
