Our choice of venue this year has been greatly influenced by Members' preference to be able to travel to the Conference by public transport.

The Grand is located less than a mile from Brighton Grand Central rail station, with regular and direct rail services from London  St Pancras and London Victoria via London Bridge.

Gatwick airport is 28 miles away, with the regular Gatwick Express train to Brighton Grand Central taking just under 30 minutes.

Indicative travel times by rail:

• From London - approximately 1 hr 10 
• From Manchester - approximately 3 hrs 30 
• From Birmingham - approximately 3 hs
• From Leeds - approximately 3 hrs 50 
• From York - approximately 3 hrs 45
• From Glasgow - approximately 6 hrs 30 (or by air to Gatwick - approximately 1 hr 30)

Should you be planning to drive, there are NCP car parks located directly behind the hotel at Regency Square, BN1 2FG and Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Cannon Place, BN1 2FB. The Grand also has a very small number of reservable spaces for hotel residents that run in conjunction with check in (4pm) and check out (11am).
