The AFM Conference brings together people from across the mutual sector, and their supporters, to talk about topics with vital impact on the future of insurance, and of mutuality. Just as important as the speeches on stage are the opportunities the conference presents to talk with key decision-makers in the sector.

Our Exhibitors have a unique opportunity to access those individuals, and to share with them how their service can make a valuable contribution to the success of mutual businesses and our exhibition area always plays a significant part in the conference: with part of the catering and networking opportunities taking place in the area, footfall levels will be high.

Equipment Drop-off

We're working on making this an outstanding event for everyone, and accommodating the needs of exhibitors is also a core consideration. Feedback from the previous conference was that we should find a venue where most people did not have to give up any of  their weekend, and the chosen hotel offers easy access by public transport whilst being set in a compelling location.

The venue has indicated that exhibitors can access the loading bay adjacent to the exhibition area, on Monday morning, though you may wish to send your stand and equipment via courier to reduce cost of hiring a van and parking it. We will share more information about the set-up process nearer the time.

Exhibition Stand:  AFM Members and Associates

IncludesStand floor space (approx. 2x2m), table and two chairs, two exhibitor stand personnel daytime catering packages (including lunch and refreshments on both days).

The fee does not include accommodation or the Gala Dinner - these can be booked separately

(reduced to £1,.000 if purchasing as part of the Headline Sponsor package)

We have negotiated a preferential rate for exhibitors at the Holiday Inn Seafront Hotel, 5 minutes walk from The Grand. The rate is for B&B per night based on single occupancy
